The shops are set up to take payments via Paypal. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please contact me first to sort it out. For overseas buyers, sorry but it's paypal only.
To make sure you do not pay too much postage, please ensure that when you have completed your selections, you set the "Choose your delivery country......" box. This will set the postage to £2.00.
Orders under £34.00
Will be sent by recorded delivery at a cost of £2.00. It will mean signing for the package and gives a maximum of £34 insurance, should the worst happen and the parcel goes astray. For most parcels this will be adequate.
If you would like to upgrade postage to special delivery, please contact me to arrange it. If you choose to do this, I'm sorry but I'll have to pass on the extra to you. Special delivery will cost £5.00, but it gives greater insurance cover. This too is a signed for service.
Orders over £34.00
Orders over £34.00 will be sent by special delivery for the standard £2.00 postage, that's no extra cost to you, but will give greater insurance cover.
All packages will be sent out within 24 hours of payment clearing, unless the Post Office is shut (Sundays, bank holidays etc).
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchases, please email me first to sort it out. If the problem can't be resolved, I will gladly refund the cost of the items to you, provided they are returned to me in a reasonable condition. I'm sorry but I cannot refund the cost of postage for returned goods.
